I know how to search within a TFS project! I have a question: how to search work items in all TFS projects within the same collection!!! Whether you want to search single work item in one collection?

Actually, "Work Item Search" is designed to search work item in one collection. After enter a work item ID in search box, the work item ID is unique across all work item types in all team projects in a project collection, so you will get that work item. And work items in every team project shown as the table. I enter work item ID in search work item box like 23, 26, and 11, they are in different team projects but in same collection.

The result is i can use " Search Work Items " to search work item within one collection. It does not work for me. I enter the value in the search box and hit enter. No results. If I use Go to work item dialog box and enter the same value the required work item will be opened. I am the server admin.
